Need to see if these are spotted latern flies

1. Would like to put in a new bee lawn this month at my residence in Plymouth Minnesota. Before doing so, wanted to ask if you are aware of any county or local rules against doing so? Hate to spend the money only to end up causing a problem for myself. 2. If I go ahead, this will be a new install, not an overseed. Are there any seed blends extension is recommending for this? 3. Tree questions: I've lost 5 trees in the past two years due to bugs (emerald ash borer) or weather. Two are those very tall and narrow pines. One was a birch. Two were ash trees. I'd like to plant a new birch. I'd also like to replace the tall, narrow pines, but don't know what kind of trees to pick. Lastly, I'd welcome suggestions on replacements for the ash trees. This will all be done next spring. Can you suggest tree replacements to consider? Cannot thank you enough for helping me with my questions! -john

How do we get a tick tested for lymes disease?

I planted small rhodis in the spring and they have done well. Now the bottom half of two look droopy. The soil seems moist around them. I read that rhodis should be watered in late fall to see them through until spring but I hesitate to water them for fear of killing them with too much water. Help!

Can you tell me what this is? Found by my back door next to house. Never seen this before. They are about the size of loin mein noodle and spaghetti noodle. Looks like Cheetos but tiny. Some about inch long, others shorter. Eggs are whiteish. Did not see anything around them. Your help is appreciated!

I have a prolific rose tree I just planted this spring. What is the best way to protect it (Northern exposure in St Paul) to over winter? Any best materials to help it survive/thrive? Thank you much!

I was surveying the damage from a heavy snow yesterday that took down some trees when I noticed that I have about half a dozen large trees infected with hundreds of golfball sized black galls. Without leaves I can't be sure what they are. They're between 30 and 60 feet tall. I'd like to know what they are, and whether it's necessary to cut these trees down to prevent spread.

Can you effectively kill off grubs in my lawn right now? Something has tore up my yard. I'm guessing for Grubs.
