Can you tell me what this is? Found by my back door next to house. Never seen this before. They are about the size of loin mein noodle and spaghetti noodle. Looks like Cheetos but tiny. Some about inch long, others shorter. Eggs are whiteish. Did not see anything around them.

This is a fungi but what exactly I can’t determine. There are thousands of fungi in our gardens. They usually show up after some rains. You can just wash it away.
It often comes in on mulch because it is wood that is decaying over time.
I wish i could be more specific than that.
