I recently pulled my Inox pressure cooker I bought in the 70s out of storage and don't remember how to use it. I realized I can't use it for canning; however, I used to cook in it but can't find any recipes or instructions for this particular style because it doesn't have an overpressure plug. I cooked rice last night and it turned out perfect but I'd like to cook other foods. Do you have any resources? I'm not finding anything online for this particular style of pressure cooker.

I‘m not sure, but in reviewing the recipe to send to a friend, I think I may have forgotten to add the lime juice. Can I re-cook and then reprocess? Or do I have to throw it all out?

Hello, My wife and I recently bought a 10 foot potted burr oak. When we took it out of the pot/container it had a large amount of wrapping roots. We tried to loosen the roots as much as possible but still the roots as a whole were going in circles since some were difficult to move. We planted the tree this week. I reading more now about root girdling (should have read before buying). What is your thoughts on root girdling and potted trees? Should we keep the tree and monitor its health? Dig it up and plant a much younger tree less likely to have root girdling? If there is root girdling, do these trees tend to die early or make it a few years then die? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Maple Tree has been affected by this peeling (for lack of a better word) bark for several years. Tree still leafs out every year and seems healthy enough. On the City easement but still hate to lose it. Any idea on the problem would be appreciated
