I think I forgot the lime juice….. #889256

I‘m not sure, but in reviewing the recipe to send to a friend, I think I may have forgotten to add the lime juice. Can I re-cook and then reprocess? Or do I have to throw it all out?

You are not saying what you are making.  I assume you are making salsa or canning some kind of tomato product.  If it you processed it within 24 hours it would be safe to reheat the produce, add the lime juice and reprocess for the same amount of time.  

Without the acid add it could be risky.
