Do any fruit trees exist that display beutiful fall color changes? If so, do any of them thrive in Minnesota?

I have these in my house and want to know how to get rid of them.

A large Doug fir branch split one of the trunks on my beautiful Witch hazel. Should I bind it back together or leave it to see if it dies? Thank you!

I got this as a gift, it was shipped from another place and when I got it, it seemed healthy at first but then a couple days later it seemed to become unhealthy. I realized the soil was packed way to tight so there was no drainage. I repotted it with new dry soil but I am not sure what it wrong with it. It doesn’t have signs of overwatering and the soil is not under watered. The leaves just look very unhealthy and I’m not sure what it would be if it’s not from the watering. I keep the plant in sunlight for the day and let the soul fry completely between watering. The leaves have yellow spotting and some leaves are a very dark green.

My Sago Palms were hit hard during the SE Texas freeze. The prawns are now brown. Should I cut them all off? How should they be treated? Some are babies and some are fairly large.

What are best times to spay with Distance to control scale (anticipating September apple harvest)? My McIntosh apple tree was severely damaged by scale and draught last year. Severe pruning of dead limbs will be done in March. Tree was sprayed with horticultural oil + Distance on 10/09/2020.

I really really want a native dogwood tree for my yard. My landscapers CANNOT find one, and they have been trying for 10 months. I know they have a shortened life span, but I want to try anyway. Where can I get one??????
