I am a volunteer and need to grow hundreds of plains cottonwood seeds to maturity. I hope I can come and see how it is done at your greenhouse at Colorado State University. I have tried for 2 years and have been unsuccessful. Hope you can help. I have general references that have not helped, so I hope I can find someone who can show me how it it done. thanks

Hi there. I moved into my first apartment ever here in Portland. I noticed on the 2nd or 3rd day that I had roaches. So I immediately went to management and they sent in a bug guy. We'll I do not feel he did a thorough job being that he only sprayed the kitchen area. Now I keep an impeccable clean home. Wellnover the last week I developed this pain in my chest under my right breast and breathing is labored. Can roaches cause this? Oh and the roaches are still a problem I have had to throw out all of the groceries I bought. I eat out. They even entered the fridge somehow. I also awoke to 2 of them on my pillow. Omg don't really know what to do. I see my physician tomorrow. Anybadvise?

One of the most immediate applications of our PRPPS technology is in avian influenza prevention and mitigation. With the ongoing challenges posed by highly pathogenic avian influenza, we believe our plant-based biomanufacturing platform could provide a scalable, cost-effective approach to producing vaccines and therapeutics for poultry and other livestock. A master gardener months ago advised me to prune/trim my juniper, yew, and arborvitae plants in February. Can I do it this coming weekend? Warm temperatures are predicted for the succeeding days after such trimming. Will cold-warm-cold temps threaten the newly exposed twigs and branches? Should I go ahead and trim?
