How do I store geraniums for the winter. I brought them inside last night and want to put them away

I moved from Burtonsville, Maryland to North Bethesda a couple of years ago. I am living in an apartment building right off of Rockville Pike. The building has a lovely patio and pool area surrounded by trees on one side. These very tall trees are a crow roost (crow condominium). They fly in around 5:15 p.m. and the ruckus they raise is ear shattering. I like to think they are coming in from their day jobs and our discussing their days with their friends and families. My question is why so many crows in this area? The crows are everywhere in North Bethesda/Rockville. Just curious. Thanks and thanks for having this place where folks can ask questions.

Can you please identify this plant? It is deciduous, multi-stemmed above what i believe is a single trunk. The trunk itself is hidden by other plants. The plant has volunteered in two separate locations of my yard and in each instance on the east facing side of a structure. The plant has green tear-shaped leaves and although I do not recall for certain, i believe its fall color is non-descript. This particular plant has been in my yard approx. five years. I have snipped it at ground level in the past, and it has returned the next year. It had been 2-3 years since i last snipped this plant. For the first time, this year i noticed the plant has a few white flowers on it.

As my yellowwood tree in NE DC began losing its foliage this fall, I was surprised and happy to notice a bird nest high in the branches. I have bird feeders and bird baths in my yard, so i regularly have a variety of birds in my yard and in all my trees throughout spring and summer. As a result i did not notice activity that might have specifically indicated nesting high up in the tree. The yellowwood tree with the nest was planted 14 years ago. It is very healthy and has a trunk size of approximately 28” and is shorter in height than my two story home. The tree is about 25’ from the south side of my east-facing house. I have a large side yard, and that is where the birdbath, feeders and yellowed tree are located. Birds I see regularly during the nesting season include sparrows, grackles, doves, starlings, wrens, snowy woodpeckers, nuthatches, bluejays, red bellied woodpeckers, american goldfinches, robins, house finches, cardinals, tufted titmouse, mockingbird, hairy woodpecker, brown headed cowbird, pine siskin, hummingbirds, and, unfortunately, the last two years, crows. I have included two zoomed in photos of the nest taken from the ground as well as a close up photo of the tree.

We moved to MN 45 years ago and live in Andover. When we moved here we bought a tomato from a local nursry in Anoka. According to the Nursry it was developed by the University of Minnesota for groth on the Anoks Sand Plain. I think they called it "Fireball". It was incredible. Medium fruit about 50 days to maturity and seemed to resist diseases well. We can not find it anywhere for the last 25 years. Can you help me?

Hi, I have a very small yard in Aberdeen, sunny in front, shady in back, and I'm looking to try and plant mostly native plants that are either edible or medicinal, or that is particularly good for pollinators. We have very little space, but some of that space is already taken up by a Black Walnut tree, which I read was native. I'm just not sure where to start. We have a limited amount of space, and a very staunch divide in that our front yard gets sun but the back yard hardly gets any at all. Please help me make heads and tails of things
