From later summery I noticed leaves have yellow tips & edge. The yellowing seems getting severe along the time that a brunch was totally dead now.  The stem was damaged by rabbits, but I suspect that's the reason of yellow leaves, as I found some loquat trees in a nursery have same style of yellowing leaves. Are the yellow leaves caused by fugus? What I can do to save my loquat tree? Thanks a lo!

Hello Hui,
There are a number of things happening with your young tree.  First is the rabbit damage on the bark.  I glad to see you have wrapped some wire around the trunk to help prevent further damage.  These areas will need to heal and re-route the vascular system in the area.  Fortunately, loquats are resilient, and this is not a major problem now.
The brown edges of leaves are called leaf scorch.  This is caused by the leaves not having enough moisture.  This could be due to not receiving enough water or it could be root damage due to planting or it could be root rot due to too much watering.
Recommendations include, preventing rabbit damage (which you have done), monitor watering (the plant needs 1-2" of water each week, rain or supplemented), remove lower limbs to ease plants need to provide moisture and nutrients, and lastly, remove the blooms which demand all the nutrients from the plant.
