Hi About a month ago we started getting very tiny flying bugs in our house. We do not have any fruit, vegetables etc out on counters . I can’t get a picture since they are small and fly fast. We can’t get rid of them. We have left vinegar out in cups, gotten plug in lights with sticky tape to attract them. Can you help with what to do please?

I received a Balloon Flower (Platycodon) from a grower last week. It's bareroot, but I'm not sure when to plant it. Although it's a perennial, should I plant it out dooors, indoors, or wait until spring.

I live in Garden Valley, outside Roseburg. We installed perennial rye sod in October. It's a shaded, flat area. The nursery instructed us to water every day. We've been having heavy dew, and the grass stays fairly moist even without rain. Do we need to keep watering every day?

Honey Crisp trees over produced #890656

Hi, I had a couple of Honey Crisp Apple trees that over produced even though I pruned this spring when they were the size of a grape. Unfortunately I was gone for the bulk of the summer and when I got back my apples were getting ripe but the weight of them cracked and broke some branches. My question is, should I prune these branches now in December? Wait for spring? And when I prune should I do something to the remaining branch?
