Replacing Front Lawn #747055

Hello, We currently have a rather large front yard. I plan on enlarging the size of my current garden beds (which are cottage style pollinator friendly) but will still be left with a fair amount of grass. What are my options for replacing the lawn? Are there any attractive options that are pollinator friendly or at least tolerant to low watering? I do not want to keep watering a lawn that we don’t utilize and would love to make it useful or at least not a resource drain. Thanks!

Homestead in Weld County needing blueprint to easily wrap minds around #736784

We were formally an established farm in weld county. We are now Looking to Homestead the 14 acres we have remaining. I have been doing various research for seven years on the different components of raising our own food, preserving it, smaller livestock production, aquaponics, as well as demonstrating off grid techniques. But in laying out The acreage we have with companion planting techniques and succession planting techniques, I am finding this all a bit overwhelming. Are there any local resources to help me map out everything in advance and make certain I’m turning the correct soil at the right time as well as good placeholders for the acres I just won’t get to this year with herbs or Low growing perennials to control weeds?

Good morning! I built raised beds last spring, purchased a truckload of a garden mix, installed a soaker hose, and trellised and mulched all the plants...and developed anthracnose on my tomatoes (early girl, grape, and Roma’s). I will move the tomatoes to another bed this spring but want to know if I can treat the soil to eliminate the fungus. The other beds may also be infected as I don’t know the source of the fungus. Black spots/streaks on plants #678128

Hello! I have some pepper plants and I've noticed some get black spots/streaks. I can't remember if most happened after I brought my plants indoors for the fall/winter but if they showed up on the plants while outside they definitely got worse indoors. Plants were grown in Maplewood and brought indoors early October. I should note that the plants did have some aphids and the cut in one photo is from trimming back for overwintering.

Can using horse manure (aged 2-3 years) in garden compost injure plants if herbicides had been used where the horse's feed was grown?
