We have a freeze forecast for tomorrow (Friday) night. A few late veggies still remain in the garden. Specifically cabbage, beets, carrots, kale, lettuce, peppers, eggplant, basil, oregano and rosemary. We grow on hugelkulturs and in raised beds, two feet tall. There’s also one bed of Swiss chard, and a late zucchini down in the ground. What specifically needs to come in before the freeze?
