Can you identify the species and name of this grass? It seems native and it grows well along roads and paths in Minneapolis. I’m interested in no mow grasses that are hardy like this. Thanks!

I live in O'Brien Co. and have lost many trees in the last 2 years - maple, ash, hackberry. They are in a farmstead grove. What types of trees would be most appropriate that won't be dead in 20 years? I'd like tall deciduous.

During the high tide the garden is totally submerged in brackish water. How do we research plants that will tolerate brackish water. Or does it matter and we should research plants that tolerate a lot of water

I have a small lawn which I am ready to get rid of and convert it to wildflowers. It is only about 65 " wide and and 205' long. I need to get someone to prepare the plot (if you are allowed, it you could recommend someone that would be great) and then sow the wildflower seeds. Could you recommend the type of flowers I could use. Perhaps some annuals and some perennials. All native of course. Any advice you could give me would be appreciated. Sue

I turned the outside spigot on for first time & saw the water was brown with things floating. They were bees and yellow foam.. The pitcher I was filling also has a yellow waxy residue in it. The spigot is in a tight corner behind a bush. I don't want to hurt the bees but need to be able to use the faucet

A rabbit has been nestlling in a patch of silver thyme in my garden. Today, after i chased the rabbit away, I realized that it has made a hole in the center of the patch of thyme. I filled the hole with water. My question is---Is it safe to use the thyme after the rabbit has been sitting in it and nibbling it? I don't know if rabbits carry diseases, but with the problems with avian bird flu, I don't feel particularly safe using the silver thyme. How does one get rid of rabbits? How long do they live? Thank you for answering my question.

Falling plumb leaves #864930

We have a 4-way grafted plumb tree that's about 5 years old. This year after blooming,70% of the leaves have fallen off. We have another younger tree nearby that has not suffered this fate. The 5 year old tree did develop shot hole disease after last year's extra wet spring. Could the two be related? Can it be treated? Is it likely to spread to the younger tree?
