I planted a multi variety dwarf Cherry in 2014. When we had the bad weather, I thought it froze and died, but the roots sprouted new growth. I now have 3, 8 foot tall non-producing bushes that I would like to graft fruit bearing scions to. What would be the best varieties of cherry for SW Denver, Columbine Area? I was considering Bing, but Rainier's are my favorite sweet cherry, and I hear that Montmorency are a good cooking variety. Is there a local scion exchange group, or website that I can get scions from? Also, what other stone fruits should I consider grafting?
