In general, we do not give recommendations for private businesses.  You can use the Oregon Landscape Contractors Board website (https://www.oregon.gov/lcb/pages/index.aspx) to find a licensed landscape contractor. Click on 'Verify a License' and search by city or zip code. Look for someone with a 'standard phase' or 'all phases' license which permits them to construct or repair water features.
