I am looking for xeriscape plants that require very little water to become established and will continue to look good with minimal care.

The best plant choices for you will depend on where you are gardening, and the growing conditions there. What county are you in? What is the site like - full sun, part shade? Is there tree competition? Is the soil sandy, or heavy clay, or somewhere in between?
Are you able to provide supplemental water for the first summer or two to get the plants established, and some water in exceedingly hot summers? (This can go a long way towards helping them to survive and thrive).
