Cows have overgrazed 1/4 + acre lot, and the land is now bare.
A large fir tree is in the middle of the plot, and I think it is suffering.
The land has about a 4% slope.
My well is in the bottom corner of that area.
Cows will be gone by March, and no livestock will be allowed there again.
Please help, I need information on how to recover the land.
