The Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation: Provides free habitat kits that include native milkweed and other pollinator-friendly plants to community partners in Southwestern Oregon and the Willamette Valley
Seed access opportunties:
Seeds for Sharing: Free seed libraries at the Oak Lodge and Gladstone Libraries in Clackamas County. You can check out up to 12 envelopes of seeds per day. https://www.clackamas.us/lib/seeds-for-sharing
You can also contact West Slope Community Library as they have hosted Spring Seed Exchanges
