I would like to see if there are any programs that a college student/class could help turn bare farm land and try and turn it into a productive farm to help feed people.

Are you a student or professor looking for an opportunity like this?
or
Are you a land owner looking to lease out your land or get help from students for a such a project?
If it is for a class project, is there a time length or deadline you are working on?
