Harvesting of any deer in MI requires a permit from DNR. Contact your local DNR office for more info. Farms can access crop damage permits or deer management assistance permits, depending on the DNR's discretion. DNR is also ramping-up their venison donation program to assist farmers. Lastly you might look into MI Hunt Collaborative and their hunts targeting farms.
