Its rate of growth and fill-in rate would depend on many factors (how many seeds germinated in that spot, soil quality, available moisture, temperature trends, etc.), but as a generalization, we think it could colonize about a square foot of lawn in ideal conditions over the course of a growing season. (Spring, summer, and fall, taking into account that it will be dormant in summer.)
