I now see the information in your subject line; I apologize. Tansy ragwort can come back even after mowing. If it is a small area, you can hand-pull it or use an herbicide labeled for tansy ragwort. If there is a lot of tansy ragwort across a big area you may have to look into pasture renovation options.
