Our lemon tree is not happy since moving inside for the winter. I put a grow light on it. No leaves are appearing. Leaves are yellowing. I’ve been careful not to overwater.

Your trees internal clock knows it is winter and probably is resting. New leaves should appear in March. The plant light is a good idea and 12 hours per day is close to what it would get in its natural location of zone 9-11. You might bring the light closer depending on how bright it is.
