Hi OSU Extension, We recently had a new furnace and AC installed in our home. One of the installers was in our crawl space to complete the work. He reported that we had a few pieces of insulation that had been pulled out of the way by a plumber. He also noted that the vapor barrier was not properly installed and was a mess. There was also some construction debris (saw dust and wood chunks) that need to be cleaned up. He was also concerned about copper pipes that were not insulated. Do you have any resources or advice on how I should move forward to get these issues resolved? I don't know where to begin. Thanks in advance.
