What ingredient should I add to sea level scone recipes that come out dry at 6k ft?

At high elevation the flour that is used is less hydrated and my require more liquid in your recipe. I would add a couple more tablespoons (2 or 3) to your dough.  I would also increase the temperature of your oven by 25 degrees for a shorter cooking time which may help also.
