Hi John,
Bees that are shipped through the mail are considered a package of bees. By far the majority of bees sold in Oregon are sold as a nucleus colonies of 4 or 5 frames of bees, brood, with a laying queen. As you imagine, these are not typically shipped.
The only supplier that I could find in Oregon listing package bees on their website is Bridgetown Bees in Portland.
The other resource I urge you to consider is the Central Oregon Beekeepers Association. A bee club is a great resource for finding local bees. You might contact them to see if any of their members would be willing to sell you a package of bees.
You could also purchase package bees from California from Mann Lake Bee Supply.
