Cheese please (in breads) #889858

In baked breads are hard cheese like cheddar, Parmesan ok? Is Roasted garlic added to bread ok? I’m hearing yes and no also seeing responses from mdard/msu that conflict each other. Thank you

When it comes to hard cheese like cheddar or parmesan depending on the recipe they typically are allowed.  The roasted garlic if it was baked into the bread, it may be allowed. However, it really does depend on the recipe and is ultimately up to your MDARD inspector.  I would suggest reaching out and speaking directly with your local MDARD inspector about your specific recipe you are using.
