I left a 1 lb hunk of Aldi unsliced cooked ham in my work van from 8PM Mon til midnight 13 hours ago. It was in a thick Aldi bag and temps in van carries from 31-32 on Mon. might to 50s during day.
Is that ham safe to eat?
I could fry it then store leftovers in freezer ...it safe.
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear about your ham. Two hours is the maximum time that perishable food should be left unrefrigerated. Since we do not know the amount of time your ham spent in the temperature danger zone (40 degrees to 140 degrees) the safety of the product cannot be determined. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
