We can't see enough clear detail to identify the insect, but it looks like a type of beetle. These may be just incidental (having wandered inside by accident, especially given how tiny they are) or might be a pantry-type pest. (The beetle pictured is not necessarily either species, but examples include powderpost beetles and rice/granary weevils.) If you haven't been finding them in the kitchen, though, then a pantry pest is less likely unless certain items (trail mix, dried flowers, dry foods) are stored in the bathroom or bedroom. Outdoors insects often find their way indoors through torn window screening, gaps in door or window weather-stripping, and other gaps/cracks in the exterior walls.
