Greetings - would it be possible to hire a graduate student or other expert to take a look at my yard - I have some questions about what is going on in a few places.

Unfortunately, Ask Extension do not have an expert who is available to visit your yard. I would recommend reaching out to your local Master Gardeners in case they have some availability.
