My neighbor would like me to trim our tree over their yard, is now a good time? What is the best way?

Dormant pruning is best and the ideal time is in Feb. or March. As soon as humidity drops and highs are only in the 40’s should be fine. Dormant pruning is recommended because fungi and bacterial pathogens aren’t present in the environment. Once all the leaves drop the tree is in a dormant state.
