We have no research-based processing times for recanning canned goods.  There are a few sauce recipes that are tested with canned tomato sauce added but those have other ingredients added and were tested with the canned product in the recipe.

I would suggest you open the canned tomatoes and then blend them into juice as needed.    This way you are sure you are safe.  You can also safely make the stewed tomatoes into juice and freeze the juice.
