My oak tree is dripping a brown liquid onto the sidewalks. Could this be Tannin from leaves and/or acorns or a disease? The big oak tree looks to be about 50 years old.?
Please let me know who to call to have our tree inspected by a certified arborist or do you offer this service to Minneapolis residents?
Thank you very much.

This service is part of Extension and is only on line. The University and Extension lacks the funding to do home visits.
Extension also cannot recommend companies because it lacks the staff to evaluate them even annually. There is a fact sheet about how to find an arborist and what questions to ask.
