Thank you for the information, though the MDA (not Extension) is collecting sightings information for Spotted Lanternfly. Their submission form can be found linked on the web page above. Although they are still collecting observation data, this insect is present in nearly every Maryland county now (plus several nearby states), so the MDA is at least aware of its presence in most areas even if it's not reported.
