Phone 10/9 - Lilacs are brown #887615

This is ______, I live in Haverhill, New Hampshire, Woodsville address. I noticed that my lie locks have turned brown and I have 1 bush up by the road that is green, but then there is a whole bunch next to it that are all brown. I do not know if it is disease, are what I can do about it, but I would appreciate any help you could give me. My number is ______. Thank you.
