I have line of Pea Shrubs, and they are losing their leaves.

There is not enough information accompanying your question. Close up pictures are helpful. Growng conditons, sun, shade, how much watering, insects on the leaves etc. Also note the following websites which say that this plant should not be grown in MN. That is if you have the correct name for your plant.
