What product would be my best bet to kill grubs FAST. I am so confused. Have looked at so many products. I just found them this week 9/11/24. I need your expertise. I understand they may come back this fall as well? I also understand that I need to use some type of preventive in the spring. My neighbor has them as well. Please help

Thank you for your question. There are quite a few different species that have a grub larval stage. Did you find them in your lawn? If so, this fact sheet has a lot of information on control options: https://extension.colostate.edu/docs/pubs/insect/05516.pdf
Be aware that if you use any of the pesticides classified as a neonicotinoid that you need to read the label carefully to prevent damage to bees and other pollinators. Also note the timing on the last page of the fact sheet, as putting down pesticides when the grubs are not present or active will not help with control.
