We offer a variety of food preservation classes once a month from January to November each year.  The classes for this year are full but in November we will put out next year's schedule and topics.  We usually do two pressure canning classes (one earlier in the year and one in August for tuna canning).  Our class schedule will be on our county website under the events section (we pulled the rest of this year's as they all filled up).  You can also email me in November at <personal data hidden> and I can send you a copy of the schedule and get you signed up for the ones you are interested in.
