We are building a house on our family farm near winona and need a suggestion for trees in a windbreak. The wind up there can be fierce since it on top of the bluff. I read about concolor fir and american beech. Any suggestions?

If you go to extension.mn.edu and search windbreaks, there are a couple of articles that will explain how to set up a wind break and what’s best to use.
