Neighbor Oak wilt or virus. I live near Sylvania Ohio #883627

Asked August 31, 2024, 3:18 PM EDT

Last July one neighbor cut down dead or dying oak trees. Recently my next door neighbor has begun tree treatment by injection. I moved to the area a year ago and am not familiar with this disease. I live in a wooded area. Should I be worried? What sensible steps should I be taking? Respectfully,

Lucas County Ohio
