Based on what we can see we believe this is some kind of fly that belongs to the family Heleomyzidae, commonly known as Sun Flies, Heleomyzid Flies, or Spiny-winged Flies. We cannot see all the details needed for a full identification but this could possibly be a fly in the genus Suillia.
