We were at Ritner Creek Bridge today 8/25/24
In addition to a dead deer blocking the path to the river, we believe there is also cyanotoxin in the water. Near the footprint moccasin section in the Bedrock.
Hope someone can go out and test the water and move the deer.

Possible cyanotoxin should be reported directly to the Oregon Health Authority since it is a potential health hazard.

Just above the video at the link is a blue button to "Report a HAB" (harmful algae bloom). You can also report animal or human illness related to algae bloom.
