Can you help identify what is wrong with my maple trees and what I should do to cure the issue?

Good Morning,
It also looks like the tree is suffering from a nutrient deficiency. See article for treatment.

It's hard to see when I expand the photos.  Maples are often infected with fungal diseases. Here is a link that explains the different pathogens and their treatment.
