Diseased apple tree #873375

Hello,
I have a pink lady Apple tree (malus domestica) in my back yard. I have noticed increasing amounts of leaves with yellow spots, eventually turning into black spots that kill the leaf. It’s spread from the bottom leaves to the top. I’m concerned because I have a honey crisp apple tree about 15 feet away from the pink lady tree. Can you please advise on what disease this may be and how I can treat it?
Thank you!

Apple Scab is a possible culprit. Our wet weather makes it worse this year. See these web pages.
