My HOA is planning to seed some bare areas but it was determined that grubs are in the soil eating the grass roots. What can be applied to destroy them ?
I have pictures of them if needed.

I need more information about the size of the area that is affected, housing association policies with regard to mowing and watering as these may affect the grub environment.

Are the grubs on common property or on lots controlled by individuals. If the latter, is the HOA planning to adopt an Association wide policy to prevent grubs?

The grubs are in my yard but the association plans to control them before they seed the bare spots that were caused by the grubs. It’s not a large area. Probably 15’x20’.
