This includes detailed information about care of the plants to keep them healthy. Your photo was of only a few leaves. You should read through the management and care of the plants. With our rainy weather it could be affecting the plants.
I would read through the above information, but also adopt a "wait and see" attitude if you have accomplished all the good cultural pratices and your plants are still yellow.
Of course, if the plants are wet, you should not be disrupting them after the rain. Let them dry out before you are in there weeding or pruning.
