Elm casebearer? #866629

Asked May 01, 2024, 2:08 PM EDT

I have what I think is an elm tree and it's dropping it's leaves now (late April/early May) and the leaves have brown spots that look like cigarette burns on them. I think it might be Elm Casebearer and want to know if there is anything I can do about it. I attached a picture.
