These actually look really happy! The leaves look really good and with out any issues like leaf minor, psyllid, or other issues like volutella. These plants do tend to have some bare branches but as it grows, which is very slowly, it will fill in. This tends to be  a cultivar that is fairly disease and pest resistant. 

We don't think there is any remedy or treatment that needs to be done at this time. Just make sure to water if we have any times of drought this year.
