Edges of Impatiens turning White and Mint #866175

Hello, I recently purchased some impatiens and the edges of the flowers are turning white and some of the leaves looked a little brown. Could you tell me what this could be? I also bought a pre-grown mint plant and pruned all of the leaves. I then cut the plant down to the stem and it hasn't grown any for about a week. Do you think this plant should be discarded? Thanks!

Expert Response
Give the mint several weeks to see if it will recover.
