Not sure what kind of trees these are, we moved here in November- one has a fungus or disease but not sure what it is, also not sure if they are all diseased or infected with something, can you help?- Would be okay if someone needed to see in person to diagnose. Thank you!

Call an arborist to diagnose the trees in person. This web site may help find one. https://www.treesaregood.org/findanarborist
Second, two of your pictures are too dark to identify the species or the problem. They appear to be deciduous, that is not evergreen trees.
The first picture shows a tree with Bracketpolyores Fungi. This web site has more information.

Thank you for getting back to me. Do you no longer send a Master Gardner out to places? The link for an arborists showed zero matches in my area.
Here is a lighter photo if that helps with the lighting!
In regards to the fungus I’m not sure that’s what it is, I looked up
Bracketpolyores Fungi and that doesn’t look the same as what is in the tree busting out.
Thank you so much!

Dakota County Extension Master Gardeners EMGs may have made visits in the past or may still do. Note these questions are assigned by computer to EMGs all over the state. I am located a long distance from you. As far as finding an arborist, interview those who are in your area and see who may not be a certified arborist but appear to be well educated.
The black streaks may be bacterial wetwood also known as slime flux. See a previous answer to a similiar question.
