Good afternoon, My wife and I moved into our new house in La Veta in the fall of 2022. I am currently trying to revive my lawn. I talked to a lady over at Get Sunday products, and upon seeing the weeds and issues I had, she referred me to you for help in determining herbicide & application method for my location and weed type. She wanted me to make sure I let you know my ultimate plan is to aerate, top dress, and overseed. As well as timeline between herbicide and reseeding. the most of my weeds are summer cypress or kochia, which makes up most of my big bare spots. I also have some dandelions, but also storks bills and small amount of common mallow. I have some woods rose that I cut down last year, that is obviously just starting to regrow. I mostly am just not sure where to start, what to start with, and timeline. I would assume I need to carpet the lawn for weeds, then overseed, but need advice on that. Most of the grass that I have now is also smooth brome, with some Kentucky bluegrass underneath, and have seed for tall fescue.
